Yes, and you're not alone. Most people tell me this before a session. My approach is relaxed, thoughtful and guided: I'll direct you throughout, from where to stand to what to do with your hands, and I'll give you time to settle in before we start. You don't need to know how to pose. I'll take care of that part.

Not at all. With children, I let them move, play and be themselves, and I photograph the moments in between. The cheeky smiles, the serious faces and the little bursts of personality are often the photographs families love most.

Once your date is reserved I'll send styling and preparation guidance, and we can talk it through in a pre-shoot consultation if you'd like one. Sessions include one, two or three outfits depending on the package, so we can plan around that.

Yes. Most sessions take place at the YÒSÍRÉ studio in Taunton, and on-location sessions are available across Somerset and the wider South West. We'll decide together during planning. Travel outside Somerset is charged at £0.60 per mile.

Yes. Every image you receive is carefully edited, with accurate skin tones and a natural, timeless finish. Your photographs are delivered through a private online gallery.

Yes, within your package: The Mini includes 1 outfit, Signature Portrait 2, Editorial Portrait 3, The Cover Story 1, and The Full Issue 2. If you'd like more time or looks, an additional hour can be added at booking.

Absolutely. Family Story covers up to five people, and additional people can be added at £10 each when you book.

It depends on your session: The Mini includes 8 edited images, Signature Portrait 14, Editorial Portrait 20, and Family Story 12. Editorial sessions are delivered as a cover and spreads. Extra edited images can be added at £10 each.

Edited images are delivered within 7 to 14 working days via your private online gallery. Need them sooner? 48-hour express delivery is available as an add-on for £50.

Fine art prints, framed prints, photo books, albums and editorial magazines are coming soon. The Legacy Edition already includes a professionally printed and bound magazine. Ask me when you book and I'll let you know what's available.

Choose your session on the Investment page, pick a date and time, and pay a 25% booking fee to reserve it. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your session. You'll receive a confirmation email with your details, the booking terms and next steps straight away.

One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations forfeit the booking fee. A 30-minute grace period is given for late arrivals.
